Emag-Serwis has extensive experience in design.

Our experience stems from completion of multiple designs in areas of intrinsic safety, electromagnetic compatibility, safety and harsh environmental conditions of target applications. 

 

We undertake completion of product designs in each sector of industry, with quality and professional approach of our engineers translates into solid and durable product.

 

Our foundation is strong engineering and production complex working with our engineers in design department to being effects in the form of a great end product. We offer both design and manufacture which gives us competitive advantage in the “concept to product” model.

 

In our design services (electronic equipment, electronic and mechanical components) we welcome flexible collaboration in following areas: :

MANUFACTURE OF ELECTRONICS

SMT and THT assembly process utilizing modern

precision assembly lines.

We provide top quality SMT and THT assembly services. In order to work effectively, quickly and efficiently we created two SMT assembly lines - for prototyping and short batches, and for mid-size production batches. We have more than dozen stations suited for THT assembly. We use lead technology and lead-free technology.  We guarantee reliability of our products..

Our portfolio covers :

 single and double-sided SMD assembly;

 assembly in either lead or lead-free technology;

 through the hole (THT) assembly;

 production of cable bundles;

 compliance with IPC-A-610E.

In order to ensure high quality of electronic components we utilize one of the latest methods of optical control AOI 3D.

Our optical control line comprises:

 AOI PARMI Xceed L:

- one cycle 3D + 2D inspection;

- inspection with laser measurement of height;

- inspection rate 65cm2/sec, resolution 14x14 um;

- TRSC-I technology (double laser/real time Z-axis control)

PRODUCTION OF MECHANICAL COMPONENTS

Machining Modern and well-equipped machine fleet.

 CNC miling:

we are using two machines: DNM by DOOSAN and HAAS miller. We are machining stainless steel, acid-resistant steel, brass, copper, aluminum, ertanol, ertacetal, polyamide.

 CNC turning:

our machine fleet includes two CNC turning lathes: PUMA 2600SY and PUMA 1500SY, both fitted with rod feeder.

 Coordinate measurements:

in order to ensure the top quality of our services we use Axiom too machine in our coordinate measurements.

  Laser branding:

laser branding is fast, durable and very flexible technology for execution of details, like nameplates, information plates and description plates. They may be executed in a variety of materials, e.g. stainless steel, aluminum, engraving laminates, special adhesive tapes, and other materials. We recommend durable laser branding of metallic tools and components. Laser branding enables mass branding of tools, machine parts, and components using bar codes, DataMatrix codes and customer provided codes. We ensure quick and transparent branding of small details and short lead times, even with large batches.

  Cutting:

our machine fleet includes also semi-automatic band saw model PMS 270/350 HAD which enables cutting solid and profiled materials in the full dimensional range, suitable for angle cutting.

COMPLETION AND PERFORMANCE TESTS

COMPLETION Final assembly.

We are among the few suppliers to offer the final assembly of finished devices.

We execute all stages of electronic component assembly inside the casing, including necessary electrical connections, bolting of mechanical components, gluing, labeling and preparing for final tests and quality control.

Performance tests.

Finished devices is subject to thorough performance testing. Tests are conducted using the most advanced measuring systems. When justified, we also develop dedicated test stations to enable efficient automated and comprehensive inspection of specific product, including generation of inspection and measurement report.

Following performance tests, the equipment is subject to final quality control, and then it is transferred to the customer with all accompanying materials, such as manuals, certificates, attestations, accessories.

We make the point of ensuring that quality and reliability of products released form our plant meets the requirements of customers in 100%.
