Control-Transmission Devices
Control-transmission devices are advanced tools used in various industrial fields for managing and controlling processes and data transmission. These multifunctional devices combine control, monitoring, and data exchange functions between different systems or devices. They are designed to efficiently manage various parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow, and other process variables. Additionally, they enable data transmission between different components of the system, which is crucial for integrating and synchronizing activities in industrial processes. Control-transmission devices are vital in industrial automation, ensuring optimal system performance and efficient communication between the various components of industrial infrastructure.
MZT-10/60M
The MZT 10/60M is designed to power and exchange data with sensors located in underground parts of a mine. It has ten linear power supplies, each capable of powering (depending on type) up to four underground sensors. The MZT 10/60M continuously monitors the currents, voltages, and resistances of each line. To ensure uninterrupted power, it is equipped with two independent network power supplies. DC voltage input of 48V is also possible. Two galvanically separated Ethernet interfaces allow the creation of a redundant network connecting the MZT module with the central system computers. The MZT 10/60M module is designed to be mounted in a standard 19” rack.

MCCD-01
The MCCD-01 intrinsically safe minicentral is a measurement and control device designed for use in mining systems that monitor safety and technological parameters. A typical application for the minicentral is the SMP-NT system for environmental parameter monitoring in mines. The MCCD-01 serves as an interface between analog and binary sensors and the surface system. It ensures continuous reading and processing of analog and binary signals into digital signals, transmits the processed data to the surface system, and receives configuration and control data from the surface system.

KB-1
The KB-1 keyboard is intended for calibration, setting adjustments, and changing the operating mode of sensors such as Mxx, Dxx, and others produced by Emag Serwis. It protects against unauthorized adjustments to sensor settings.
