Electronics Production

Electronics production is an extremely complex process that involves multiple stages, each requiring precision, advanced technologies, and specialized knowledge. The manufacturing of electronic devices is based on the use of appropriate components, parts, and circuits to create efficient and functional equipment. The application of specific tools and technologies is essential. The production process starts with the design of the device and ends with professional assembly. At EMAG-SERWIS, we offer SMT and THT assembly using printed circuit boards. Electronics production requires the collaboration of experienced engineers, designers, and constructors from the electronics industry. For many projects, it’s not only necessary to physically create the device but also to develop software to operate it, which involves the participation of programmers and IT specialists. Each device created from scratch must use unique, functional, and efficient solutions to meet the demands of the market and users.

Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Assembly

Surface mount assembly, also known as SMT (Surface-Mount Technology), is a method of placing electronic components onto a printed circuit board (PCB). Thanks to surface-mount technology, it is possible to achieve more advanced electronic designs that are smaller in size, offer better performance, and have greater reliability. With the advancement of technology, SMT has become increasingly efficient, contributing to continuous progress in electronics manufacturing.

THT (Through Hole Technology) Assembly

THT assembly stands for Through-Hole Technology, a method of mounting electronic components using wire leads that are passed through holes in the PCB (printed circuit board). Soldering THT components is one of the most popular options when creating custom electronic projects. THT electronic components, such as resistors, capacitors, and transistors, have leads that are inserted (hence the name of the technology) through dedicated holes on the PCB. To solder a component made in this technology, both leads must be bent and manually passed through the appropriate holes. THT assembly technology is still widely used, especially in projects requiring durability and mechanical stability.

Conformal Coating Application on PCBs

Conformal coating application on PCBs refers to the process of applying a protective coating layer on printed circuit boards (PCBs), electronic components, or other electronic elements to protect them from moisture, dust, corrosion, mechanical damage, and other hazards. This service is particularly important for electronics used in harsh environmental conditions such as industrial settings, aviation, automotive, medical fields, and many other industries.

We specialize in designing and manufacturing explosion protection devices and systems that meet the stringent requirements of the ATEX Directive (2014/34/EU), which are essential for improving safety and efficiency in industry.
