EMAG-SERWIS is a dynamically developing company founded in March 1993 as a result of the restructuring of the Mining Electrification and Automation Center “EMAG.” The company has always aimed at combining specialized scientific knowledge with business skills, implementing unique solutions tailored to the highest standards.

The following years were marked by supply chain monitoring at various stages, improving safety, a new CNC machining center, and the introduction of an advanced ABC/RCA costing system.

Technological Background
Our production facility stands out for its modern and versatile technological and production infrastructure, as well as a qualified workforce with extensive skills. We specialize in manufacturing electronic devices, offering SMT and THT component assembly using precision mounting lines. We also have a modern machine park for mechanical component production and CNC machining centers.
To ensure the highest quality of electronic components, we use the latest AOI 3D optical inspection methods. Our optical inspection line includes AOI, allowing for both 3D and 2D inspection in one cycle.
In the area of mechanical component production, we have a modern machine park, including CNC milling, CNC turning, and coordinate measurement. Our capabilities also include laser marking, enabling durable and flexible marking of components and details, such as nameplates.
As a design and execution company, we have the advantage of a comprehensive approach to the “from idea to product” process. Our design services include consultations, prototype estimates, technical advice, electrical schematic designs, PCB designs, firmware software, enclosure design, functional and metrological testing, participation in engineering studies, and collaboration for obtaining certifications, including ATEX and EMC.
Our solutions are recognized in industries such as mining, aviation, and rail. We collaborate with renowned research institutions like the Central Mining Institute PIB and the Institute of Medical Engineering and Apparatus (currently Łukasiewicz Research Network—Krakow Technology Institute).
